Your first visit

How does booking work?

Everything runs on credits. One credit is £12.50 and covers a sauna and ice bath session. First time? You'll create a bsport account and buy a pass before you can pick a slot. It takes a couple of minutes on the Book page.

Credits work across everything we do and you can use them for friends too, so three credits books you and two mates in. Bundles of 5, 10 or 15 credits bring the price per credit down.

What happens when I arrive?

Someone from the team will meet you, find your name on the list and show you round: the sauna, the ice baths, the showers, changing rooms, water and toilets. Then it's over to you. Go at your own pace.

How long is a session?

An hour, sauna and ice baths included.

What should I bring?

Swimwear, two towels (one to sit on in the sauna), water and a change of clothes. We don't hire out towels or robes, so bring your own.

Are there changing rooms, showers and lockers?

Yes: changing rooms and lockers, and outdoor showers. The showers are cold for now; we're working on warm ones for the winter.

How hot is the sauna, and how cold are the ice baths?

The sauna is wood-fired and sits between 80 and 95°C. Being a real fire, it moves around a bit. The two ice baths are filtered and chilled to about 2°C.

How long should I stay in?

As long as feels good, and no longer. There's a 15-minute sand timer in the sauna as a guide. Take breaks between rounds, drink plenty of water, and if you feel dizzy or unwell, step out and cool down. Nobody's counting.

When are you open?

Our regular sessions run Wednesday and Friday evenings, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The schedule on the Book page is always the most up to date.

Friends, groups and classes

Can I book for friends?

Yes. Credits stack, so book as many spots as you need in one go. Two credits is two people, three is three, and so on.

Can we hire the sauna privately?

Yes, for birthdays, hen and stag dos, team days, solo sessions and retreats. It's £100 an hour for up to 10 people. See Private hire for the details and to send us your plans.

Do you run yoga, breathwork or a run club?

Yes, from time to time. Yoga, breathwork and fitness classes are two credits and include the sauna and ice baths afterwards. The run club is free to join; book one credit if you want the sauna after. Keep an eye on the schedule and our Instagram.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do. They make a good present for anyone who needs an hour off. Pick one up on the Gift cards page.

Can I cancel or move a booking?

You can manage your bookings in your bsport account (tap "My account" at the top of the page). If you can't make it, let us know as early as you can so someone else can take the spot. Private hire has its own terms, on the Private hire page.

Health, age and house rules

Is it safe for me? I have a health condition.

Some conditions carry more risk in heat and cold, including pregnancy, heart or circulation problems, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, open wounds or infectious skin conditions, and medications that affect how you handle heat or cold.

We're not medical professionals and can't advise on your health, so please check with your GP if you're unsure. Everyone reads and signs our waiver before their first session.

Is there an age limit?

Under-12s can't use the sauna or ice baths. 12 to 15-year-olds are welcome with an adult who stays with them the whole time, and anyone under 16 needs a parent or guardian's consent on the waiver.

Can I bring food and drink?

Yes, bring your own food and drink, and there's always drinking water on the farm. Please leave the alcohol at home: we don't allow it on site, and we can't let anyone use the sauna if they've been drinking.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, on a lead around the farm. Dogs can't come into the sauna area, but they're welcome under the stretch tent and around the farm as long as someone's with them.

What about phones?

Entirely up to you, but we'd encourage you to put it away for the hour. Heat isn't good for phones either, so leave it out of the sauna.

Is it swimwear only?

Our regular sessions are swimwear only. If your group would like a nude session, it can be arranged as a private hire. Let us know in advance: it's a community farm with families about, so these run in the evening.

Can I smoke or vape?

Not anywhere on our site, please.

Do you take photos?

Now and then we take photos or video for our socials, and we'll always tell you first. If you'd rather not appear, just say, and we'll make sure you don't.
