Unfold was born from a shared feeling — three friends from Bristol, swept up in the fast-paced rhythm of city life, found ourselves missing something deeper: connection, presence, and social wellness.

In a world that often prioritises productivity over people, we came together to create a space that does the opposite. Unfold is our response — a modern movement focused on slowing down, opening up, and nurturing more meaningful relationships in our everyday lives.

We believe life is delicate, and the way we connect with others and ourselves shapes the way we experience it. Unfold is about making space — space to breathe, to reflect, and to build a life supported by community, wellness, and connection.

Located at Five Acre Farm, on the outskirts of Bristol

Address - Unfold Sauna Club, Five Acre Farm, Backwell, West Town, Bristol BS48 3BQ

Parking - There is a few spaces on the onsite car park, or there is space on the street outside on Kellways Drive . However is limited so we encourage you to walk, cycle or come by public transport if possible - buses from central Bristol stop right outside the farm (Kellways stop) and Nailsea and Backwell train station is also close by.

If you do come by car and park on nearby streets, please help us keep good relations with our neighbours by parking respectfully:

  • Please don't park with wheels up on pavement or block anyone's driveway or access. Also please don’t park near a junction

  • Be mindful of noise levels when leaving, especially in the evening

Public Transport: Catch the X1 Bus From Bristol City Centre directly to the farm.

  • Essential items:

    • Swimwear

    • Towel to sit on in the sauna

    • Towel to dry off with after

  • Please always shower before entering the sauna. Also, please shower when moving from the Sauna to the Ice-Baths. We recommend staying hydrated before arriving, as the sauna and ice baths can be intense experiences. Avoid heavy meals and alcohol beforehand to get the most out of your session. Always move at your own pace and listen tom your body.

  • Absolutey! A session at the Unfold sauna is one hour and you can use that time as you please. We suggest alternating between the sauna and ice bath at your own pace, always listening to your body. Time in the sauna, time in the ice-bath, and repeat. Please make sure to shower after leaving the sauna and before entering the ice baths.

  • Take your time and listen to your body. Use slow, deep breaths, re-hydrate slowly, and allow yourself to cool off fully before going back in.

  • Our system allows for booking 24 days in advance. You must cancel your booking 24 hours before the session in order to receive a full refund. Refunds take up to 10 working days to process.
